The Allkidstudy 3R’s (Reading, wRinting, aRithmetic) program is an academic learning program designed to assist underachievers in their academic learning by providing professional tutors. Underachievers have been relatively neglected in the Korean public school system, which emphasizes competition with focus on overachievers. In order to relieve such inequality, this program provides underachievers individual lessons by the professionally trained tutors. The process of diagnosis, learning and assessment is the core of this program. But solutions to social and emotional problems which underachievers experience are also developed and implemented.
